Choose from or outstanding offering of Smoked Ribs, Pulled-meat Sandwiches, home-made Sides and Cobblers and you're sure to be a "hit" with your guests!!

Why not add some FLAME and ZEST to your next catered event!!

Services includes Set Up, One Hour Buffet Service, Clean Up, Buns, or Tortillas, Choice of Sauces, Napkins, Appropriate Utensils and Theme Decor. All larger event pricing is based on a 50 person minimum.
